Eng. Rachel Muli is a Bachelor of Technology degree holder in Chemical and Process Engineering and has 10 years of industrial experience within the FMCG (fast moving consumer goods), pharmaceutical and cement industries.

Her expertise is centered on manufacturing core processes and capabilities such as production, safety, health and environment, process control and optimization, innovations management, quality assurance and regulatory affairs management. She is proficient in the implementation and management of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001), Food Safety Systems (FSSC 22000), Environmental Audit and Impact Assessments and Supplier Qualification processes

Throughout her career, Eng. Rachel has always championed for gender inclusion and youth development. In 2018, she was a panelist in the Africa Food Manufacturers East Africa conference and in 2019 she was a key resource personnel in the 2nd annual KIPPRA conference.

Eng. Rachel is a Professional Engineer registered with the Engineers Board of Kenya and a Corporate Member of the Institution of Engineers of Kenya. She is also serving as a board member in the KEPSA Youth and Gender committee. She is currently on a capability building assignment in Ethiopia: working as the country Quality Manager at Unilever Manufacturing PLC.
